Canada did not have slaves. In fact, Canada was at the end of the underground railway taken by escaped slaves. We have the descendants of those slaves as full citizens today.
I learned the same BS when I went to public school in Canada. Oh, Canada! Takin' in those slaves... Takin' in those Jews... ("ONE Jew would be too many!" - PM M. King) Tell ya what: NAME ONE. Name ONE "descendent of slaves who crossed over on the underground railway to Canada..." It should be easy, The Great Harriet Tubman was responsible for maybe 11 persons...

Almost 20,000 Jewish Canadians volunteered to fight for Canada during World War II. Imagine that!

I visited Baptist churches in Nova Scotia filled with their descendants. Nova Scotia sheltered the Acadians as well as the slaves.
