Peter Jackson wanted this to be a 20-minute song full of special audio effects, but I guess they talked him out of it ... [/jk]

I would love to see a Simarillion. I would love to do the casting for Lúthien Tinúviel .

Seeing “the Hobbit” has been one of our Christmas outings for me and the older grandkids the last two years. Looking forward to the new one.

I can’t wait to see this movie yet I am not looking forward to the fact that this is the last of them - One can only hope something of equal quality can take the place of these movies or I will just wear out another set of DVD’s watching them over and over again!

Whom would you cast as Luthien?

You have got to be kidding. Luthien is a celestial beauty of noble courage, not a cute average girl.

I would have to open up casting, interview all of them personally.

I kinda feel the same way. But I’m also really glad that Jackson can move on to the Dambusters remake.
Looking forward to all the threads here about what they do with the dog’s name ...
