in a case that could settle the issue across the nation once and for all.

It is settled "once and for all." God instituted it, God defined it. That settles it.

No matter what the "Supreme" Court says.

They could define up as down and down as up, but that wouldn't make it so.

From wikipedia:

"Although nominally Republican, Pfeifer is aligned with the Democratic minority on the Court."

No kidding. This guy isn't even a Dick Cheney type sellout, just a flat out liberal. I found a good portrait of him to hang in the Ohio Supreme Court building:

If his daughter and her gay lover joined up with a man for a threesome, the problems would be THE SAME.

Secularly, as nearly as it may have been expected, not even the ancient Greeks endorsed homosexual marriage. No other society ever has either...but for the US.

From the Biblical perspective homosexual sex is clearly forbidden, Old and New Testaments.

I always vote against this idiot anyway. Still slips through because people think he is a republican.

Two other top Ohio GOP dweebs also flipped on “gay marriage” when one of their kids took to a$$ banditry or strapped on old steely dan and went ladies all star.

Senator Rob Portman and former Ohio AG and Auditor Jim Petro both “feel” the same as Chief Justice Pfefier since their spawn went loafer lite or quit shaving their legs.

Since at least one more Ohio GOPe, Betty Montgomery, has been “inned and outed” a 1/2 dozen times as a fish kissing muffalo, one must wonder about the moral hypocrisy of the GOP leadership.

Next up? Will Governor Kasich will be caught with a dead girl AND a live boy. An understanding and supportive AP article would be placed on the wire immediately about highly placed necrophiliac pedophiles and their pioneering work in social justice.

We see an ever lowered bar of tolerated deviancy.

One word:

R E C U S E

You, Sir, are no longer impartial and objective. you are not fit to adjudicate any related matter.

Isn't a Justice, particularly one on a supreme court, supposed to be impartial, not vested and unemotional on such issues?

When do impeachment proceedings begin?
