Too bad the Nazis didn't know this, they could have claimed that they hadn't exterminated 6 million persons if only they had the wisdom and knowledge to first remove the tongue, and therefore their personhood, before the execution! As I construe her remarks, babies and infants are not quite persons like the rest of us, but we give them the benefit of the doubt, AND fetuses don’t even reach baby and infant status. She’s not going after the deaf, because they do communicate.
Why does anyone pay attention to anyone’s tweets? The pithy is far outweighed by the inane - it’s not worth the trouble to find the pithy, and it’s not worth the trouble to sneer at the half-thoughts.
And on the other hand, why would anyone have enough vanity believe other people were interested in their tweets, or risk saying foolish or hurtful things that can’t be unsaid?
