They charged her then let her drive off?
I hope she was searching for “BRAINS . . . !”

zombie cop

mucho sympatico
Zombies have no brains.
“She was taken to the police department, where a friend picked her up.”
and then the two of them together went off singing, ‘oh show me the way to the next whisky bar...’
Anybody seen Hillary?
Did anyone check her pulse? Maybe she was a zombie and not intoxicated at all. Ever think of that? What did she blow to get out of being arrested?
;o)
Well, exactly! Zombies don't stagger, they shamble, and they aren't drunk, and it's racist to suggest that they are. Zombies can be a race too, right?
I thought drunks had to spend at least 4 hours in the tank. Uh, I mean, at least that’s what I’ve heard.
Drunk driving charges are usually numbered as first, second, third, etc. The facts in these cases, however stupid as she is, and as sad as they are, are ideal for a plea bargain.
And, in the real world, during the plea discussion, there will be lots of laughs at her expense during her attorneys negotiations with the prosecutor.
Assuming that these are her first offenses, she will probably plead guilty to a drunk driving first. The drunk driving second, with its enhanced penaltis will be dismissed.
And, after she gets her license back, it will be on to the next time.
Guilty....on both counts.
Nope. The article says she was booked and a friend picked her up. The friend apparently took her back to her car. That is why a lot of PDs impound your car
In Houston, the Democrat mayor's underaged daughter who was drunk driving and out after curfew was released from the jail hours before regular citizens would be. And the officer changed his testimony resulting in no prosecution.
