I thought drunks had to spend at least 4 hours in the tank. Uh, I mean, at least that’s what I’ve heard. In Houston, the Democrat mayor's underaged daughter who was drunk driving and out after curfew was released from the jail hours before regular citizens would be. And the officer changed his testimony resulting in no prosecution.
