Checking on QVC during commercials. They are showing the electric turkey fryer....can’t wait! Might have to do one next weekend.
We got the electric fryer a couple of years ago and it’s great. Unless I want to scare the poo out of friends and create some drama we might not use te propane fryer again.

I got 4 gallons of peanut oil in the freezer that’s on its fourth season. 4 birds per season;-)

BIL did...it was a little too busy for me. I like mah chicken fried, ducks on the grill, and gumboed, and turkey deep fried;-) (with oyster dressing, an’ that cranberry jelly crap outta the can).... And green bean casserole.
Damn, I’m hungery now!

We use peanut oil because it doesn’t burn up as quick as other types. Birds 13 and 14 on Thanksgivings Day.

We always wanted to try a turducken...couldn’t make it ourselves but there is a place where you can buyone online...cajun market or cajun grocery or something. Looks great!
