Just heard on the P1 Broadcast: NASCAR no longer prints the rule book. It’s all sent out in E-Mails w/Text and CAD Drawings for Specs.

Wallace to run number 34 in honor of Scott at Martinsville UPDATE: NASCAR, Front Row Motorsports, Kyle Busch Motorsports and Martinsville Speedway announced today they will honor 2015 NASCAR Hall of Fame Inductee Wendell Scott, the first African-American driver to win a NASCAR premier series event, with a series of tributes during the Martinsville race weekend from Oct. 24-26. Kyle Busch Motorsports will change the number of Darrell Wallace Jr.'s truck from 54 to 34 in honor of Scott. A NASCAR Drive for Diversity graduate, Wallace became the first African-American to win a NASCAR national series race since Scott's historic 1963 triumph when he captured the checkered flag in last season's NASCAR Camping World Truck Series Kroger 200 at Martinsville.(NASCAR)(See an image of the truck on the
#54 Team Paint Schemes page ).(9-16-2014)
UPDATE: Darrell Wallace, Jr. enters this weekend's Kroger 200 at Martinsville Speedway as the defending race winner after etching his name in history last October when he won his first National Series race and became the first African American to win a NASCAR premier series race since Wendell Scott in 1963. Wallace has recorded three starts at the half-mile paperclip track, earning one win and never finishing outside the top five. This weekend Kyle Busch Motorsports, NASCAR and Front Row Motorsports will honor 2015 Hall of Fame Inductee Wendell Scott with various tributes throughout the race weekend at Martinsville Speedway. Scott became the first African American to run in NASCAR's premier series, and the first to win a race in a NASCAR premier series when he visited Victory Lane at Jacksonville Speedway on December 1, 1963. To honor Scott and his induction into the NASCAR Hall of Fame, Darrell Wallace, Jr.'s #54 Toyota Tundra will temporarily change to the #34 Toyota Tundra, the number run by Scott throughout his career, and the paint scheme will be reminiscent of the blue and white scheme Scott drove. In addition to the number and paint scheme change, Wallace will sport a throwback firesuit for the Kroger 200.(Kyle Busch Motorsports)(10-22-2014)

I regret giving away my big excalibur dehydrator several years ago. My grandson uses a Big Chief smoker and I may try that although I have some frozen Salmon to do first.

(NASCAR Statistics)
How are pit stall's chosen? by qualifying results, the 1st choose their stall and so on.
If a car/driver has to go to the rear of the field before the start of the race due to driver change, backup car,
engine/transmission change, etc they do NOT lose their pit stall selection

GOT MY Dale Call Today!
Actually sounds realistic for the size, vibrates and the Air Cleaner is spring mounted so it moves with the vibes. Seems to be well built considering they are MIC, comes with batteries also.
Molly & Bella DO NOT like it! They go nuts!
All the National Guard stuff in the store is 30% off including a Used, Autographed Helmet for only $175.00.

Well it's not been mentioned that I've heard this week so I'll do it. Race Fans We are at Martinsville- the Home of the FAMOUS RED HOTDOG!
Danica gives the Martinsville dog another go
October 25, 2014, Pat DeCola, NASCAR.com
Stewart-Haas driver goes mustard-only -- was it the right choice?
The Martinsville Speedway hot dog is an iconic delicacy on the NASCAR circuit.
So iconic, in fact, that it ranked right up there in the "Famous At-Track Foods in NASCAR" piece we did earlier in the week.
So, how the heck has Danica Patrick avoided having a second speedway staple since her debut at the short track last spring?
"I had an awesome first race here at Martinsville. I had a hot dog," Patrick said Friday in her media session. "I haven't had a hot dog since then."
Knowing that the hot dog may be the key to her success at the track -- she finished 12th in her hot diggity dog debut but has averaged a finish of 24.5 in two hot dog-less races since -- Patrick planned on giving the dog another go on Saturday.
"I just walked by the concession stand and said, 'I will be back for a hot dog.' ... I don't want to risk eating it on race day. I'm not really sure that is a good idea. Even if I feel sick I feel like it works.
"They don't look like regular hot dogs, but maybe that is because they don't have the regular effect of a hot dog. They help you in the race car. That is my plan this weekend."
She made good on her plan and ended her hot dog holdout when she chomped down on a whole mess of goodness, and even did so in her firesuit.
Worth noting: Patrick elected for the mustard-only dog, perhaps a nod to her Illinois roots, where a typical "Chicago dog" is served sans-ketchup.
