Louise Hull admitted losing her temper with the tot when it repeatedly pulled its blood saturation monitor and feeding tube off.
During the incident at Southend University Hospital, Essex, on May 27, 2010, she said: If you dont stop pulling your tubes out and if these bloody alarms keep going off Im going to have to throw you out the window.
On another occasion when talking about premature babies, she said: It would be alright if these babies had some quality of life but they dont.
When a 10-year-old boy was admitted to the ward with severe stomach pain on 8 June, 2010, Hull said: If the doctor takes your appendix out and its normal then you owe me two kisses and it has to be tongues.
The Nursing and Midwifery Council heard she also told the youngster to do as youre told, adding: They might take something else out as well.
Hull is also accused of breaching professional boundaries by handing her mobile phone number to a patients father and making personal visits to a discharged patient.
Marcia Persaud, for the NMC, said: Its alleged that the registrant provided a mobile phone to the father of a patient on the ward, and that was on an unknown date in January 2007.
The registrants telephone went off in the staff room and she told another member of staff shes received a text message from the father of a patient that recently been transferred to another hospital.

Everything she said? If people are in a tense situation, they sometimes think things like that. It's fairly human. But you don't SAY these things. You're supposed to know better.

‘Course I was only seven. And he didn't have cerebral palsy...just colicky I suspect. Cried and cried and cried. (Come to think of it he still does...and he is in his 50s.)
