Vanity: Make them stop African Ebola flights.

Given president Obola`s refusal to suspend entry Visas from West Africa, we need to assist Ted Cruz in his call to bring back Congress to vote on this. To that end, we need to burn up the lines to our respective Congress-critters demanding they return and vote to stop this insanity NOW!

I get the sarcasm, but this needs to be done. A two pronged attack on the source of the infection, both thru visas AND commercial flights would be the surest way to prevent this pathogen from getting out of the area. The research shows it can survive http://www.phac-aspc.gc.ca/lab-bio/res/psds-ftss/ebola-eng.php on environmental surfaces for some time.

Well at least we`d put them on notice as well. Maybe, if there`s another election, they can be haunted by their actions now.

So - Promoting a RINO shill campaign against Senator Cruz is what you are paid for? Is that correct?

What political juveniles coached Senator Cruz into talking about stopping flights from West Africa? — When that is a political impossibility — when a workable answer of pushing to stopping issuance of Visas to West Africans is a workable Solution?

If I were Senator Cruz - I would be worried about politically sabotage from within his campaign ... pursing the wrong solution - when a workable great solution is at hand.

Oh, done too. I know they tend to dismiss the emails but its worth a shot. At least YOU did something! More than the congress-critter you contacted.

If there is NOT another election, they ought to be hunted for their actions.

“Given president Obola`s refusal to suspend entry Visas from West Africa”..

obama should be fought to the extreme on this — but this opening statement of this thread is FALSE and Misleading.

obama has never said a word about stopping or not stopping issuance of visas to West Africans - but oh How real conservatives wish it was so .. but RINOs like nomad are just pretending ... and can produce NO evidence that obama ever said this .. Instead nomad wants to lead followers of Senator Cruz into believing that a non achievable solution of stopping flights from the West African Ebola stricken countries can be achieved - when it cannot. STOP VISA ISSUANCE INSTEAD.

But where, here? Then at what cost? Its not just money, this one patient has infected two nurses and endangered how many others?

Well imagine a room of quarantined people. Then one becomes sick, now they`re all exposed along with the quarantine workers. Better than the public at large, yes, but its still here.

Look how much trouble disinfecting the plane Vinson flew has cost, and all the people who flew after her? You see why the COMMERCIAL flights and the aircraft used are also a danger? Please read this: http://www.phac-aspc.gc.ca/lab-bio/res/psds-ftss/ebola-eng.php and this: http://www.nature.com/srep/2012/121115/srep00811/full/srep00811.html

Well he has my vote for POTUS.

And I am not a fan of his progressive infested party, but he`s helping to lead them out of that retardican establishment nightmare.

They say that Ebola Zaire has a ID/50 or infectious dosage 50% probability of 1 to 10 virons, thats horrific.

Undoubtedly, stopping the flights would be best.

It will not happen, however. Not without a military coup in the United States.

My advocacy for quarantine is premised on the idea that it could actually happen.

Well it could happen IF congress passed the appropriate laws banning the flights AND visas, which was what I suggested.

To be sure, Obola would veto, but he`s now on record as wanting it here. The senate bars debating it, or votes it down, they`re on record.

And there`s always the example, set by that ban on flights, that now opens the door for securing the borders. Unless Mexico and Canada follow suit the argument can be made that they will pose a risk, so ban as well or we actually begin enforcing our borders. Ebola now becomes our crisis to leverage better border enforcement.

Ok, cool, everybody is on record.

And they're still coming, and wandering around the interior.

We have an existing law to implement quarantine. We have 6000 uniformed officers in the Commissioned Corps, USPHS. There is precedent. Ellis Island was created precisely for this reason.

I don't give a crap about getting Obama on record. I care about stopping the flow, right now or as soon as possible.

Stopping the flights IS NOT GOING TO HAPPEN.

Therefore, it is not of interest to me.

And party faithful wonder why the Conservatives want to stay home or vote independent. Even the retardicans want open borders with the enterovirus coming over.
