Can someone please help out a technology-challenged damsel -- okay, old lady -- in distress?
A few days ago, while posting a comment, I apparently made some errant keystrokes, which resulted in blowing up the fonts on every FR page that I go to. The display is so large that I am required to scroll left to right in order to post this, as I cannot see the entire text box at once!
This problem is only on FR and not on any other website that I visit. I have looked all over the site, and I have sent private messages to FReepers who seem to have tech knowledge, but I have not gotten any answers.
Thanks, in advance, for any help.
...so we havent even attempted to get that and this desktop PC coordinated, even though they sit 2 feet apart in our little media room.
If your modern computer has an HDMI output, a 3-feet cord oughta about do it.
They also have wireless keyboards for the Smart TVs that you can buy for them but they are a little pricey. Now that I think about it most Smart TV’s have USB jacks. I wonder if you just use a regular wireless keuboard like you use on PC’s. They are a lot cheaper. I may try that and post what I find out...: )
I think your post was intended for ErnBatavia.
Regular wireless keyboards don’t work with Smart TVs that have USB ports. It requires a proprietary keyboard from the manufacturer. Main reason is the OS built into the Smart TV’s can’t interface with hardware that’s made to work on PCs...: (
Very good. Thanks.
:)
Thank you.
Thank you.
Thanks.
Ya know, if you go to Wallyworld, there is a wireless keyboard with a built in mouse glide-pad for about 30 bucks... Just sayin'
I gave the TV to my brother when I moved.
That worked for me. :o)
It’s funny, this thread came up when I searched for info when the font size got small alluva sudden.
