The Wall is one place to look, the vast expanses of the internet is another.
Where have all The FReepers gone?
Long time in passing.
Where have all the FReepers gone..
Lonnnng time a'passin'
Everybody comes and goes,
The World spins NO one knows,
Where have the FReepers gone,
Gone to Heaven. Everyone..
Except for those still mround..
Where have you gone?

Conservatives are increasingly aware of who their enemies are. This is war. RINOs are on the wrong side and will gleefully join with Dems in trying to put conservatives in gulags or graves.

Here since 2001, he is a newby? A lot of Freepers have been banned time and time again. Many come back each time, but some tire of the banishments and just become passive lurkers. I'm a newby, but a long time Freeper who has been banned six times introduced me to FR. I guess Jim runs a tight ship. But it takes its toll. I'm not complaining btw.

I come around every now and then. There is nothing to be excited about. The Republicans do not fight for our values. Why be an activist for a party who does not value its people? I campaigned for GWB and he turned out to be a RINO.

I survived a nasty heart attack less than a month and a 1/2 ago. Stents inside and a stint in the hospital. After surviving, it dawned on me that had I died, nobody at FR would have known.Im going to have to rectify that with my kids.
I have two sons and a g/daughter who are members here. I've already written my "For Real" opus. To be posted post mortem.

Been here over 16 years and possibly you can search the thread out on google. Have found some of my crazy ones that way.

Indeed! Wasn’t it sneaky that outed Deep in the Hurtgren forest?

I’ve mostly lurked. Been here since Sept. 1998. Jemiam, we are driving back from the Auburn game. It was so great to be in Auburn. The game was so much fun.

In the beginning, this site was red hot because people finally had a chance to voice their knowledge and opinions on real time current events. Now with twitter and facebook, people are just talked out. That is why we spend so much time watching cat videos.
That being said, my favorite time was the Dan Rather memogate where some of our very own Freepers proved his memos to smear Bush where essentially photocopied default setting Microsoft Word documents and obviously fake. Not only was that cool seeing the Freepers pull this together, but it was part of pulling down the walls of the corporate media and overcoming their propaganda.

FR would attract younger conservatives with fb and twitter and other options to get the conversation going.

Don’t forget OPHie. I outed the turd then he suddenly had to go on a long fishing trip. Lol
We made history when we funded the “Treason is the Reason” full page ad in the Washington Times!

Need to add that I visit here to see if there is any excitement about anyone who may be a winner. Even Newt has turned out to be a disappointment. Always a politician but not a defender of our Republic of the USA.

Good to see a bunch of familiar 'faces' on a nostalgia thread like this from time to time.
Remember (back before the coup) when folks used to spend a lot of time building great profile pages ?
Yet another thing the Nazi bastards have ruined . . .
