When the socialist/communist economies in South America go bankrupt, they blame the U.S. And some liberal idiots here believe them.

If something should happen to me, dont look to the Middle East, look to the North, Fernández said during the address on Tuesday night, in which she alluded to an alleged plot against her by local bankers and businessmen with foreign help. Fernández had previously claimed to have received death threats from Islamic State (Isis) because of her friendship with Pope Francis. In last nights speech, however, she seemed to suggest the threats against her, received in three emails to Argentinian security officials, had come from the US. Her claim comes in the wake of a rapid deterioration of Argentinas already rocky relationship with the US after the country went into default in August. Don't cry for her, Argentina.

The Old Anti-American card—always useful for any government that gets in trouble. We don’t do that anymore. With Obama in power—the last thing we want to do is stop a fellow socialist. But the card still works with the Peons.

Signora Presidente Fernandez can whine and moan as long as she likes. However unless Argentina pays its debts , Judge Griesa will effectively exclude Argentina from access to international banking. Virtually all banks do business in the United States. If any of them handle however briefly cash paid for Argentine exports, their funds are subject to confiscation at Judge Griesa’s discretion. Argentina has found as Iran has learned that it is virtually impossible to conduct international business without credible banks. Just pay your debts and creditors are very forgiving.

It would be a smart thing to do if she could be gotten out but since Obama is so much like her, we did nothing.

Socialist rulers like Cristina are the only reason Argentina is not a prosperous country, which it should be. But its what the people want. They voted for it.

The clowns running the US can’t find their backside with both hands, much less try to overthrow some Argentinean bimbo.

Yeah, Obama’s thinking of taking the Argentina Prez gig next. Want’s to make sure everything’s ready for him.
Another example of the question:
Who would actually be stupid enough to loan them money?
Also, how much of that money has she got stashed away in foreign banks?
Is she a billionaire like Yasser Arafat?

Made some trips to Venezuela in the early 2000’s when Hugo was spouting the same stuff. I always wondered what would bother him more; that Americans really were aligned against him or the truth, most American had no idea who he was and could find his country on a map?
Hatred or indifference, what is more insulting?
