Harbaugh’s schtick has worn out. Combine that with personnel losses of all types and “PRESTO” - that’s why I predicted they wouldn’t make the playoffs this year.
OTOH, Arians should have been a head coach years ago - he’s proven it in both IND and now ARZ. His players seem to love playing for him.
