Puff pastry
Whole nutmeg and a micro plane

Cube spam small
Blanch asparagus
Make cheater sauce
Mix and season with salt and pepper as needed
Grate in at least half a nutmeg nut and stir. I like more
Bake 350 for 15
Cover with puff pastry, put back in oven and crank the heat to 400 and pull when golden brown.
