Survivor: San Juan del Sur — Blood vs. Water is the 29th season of Survivor. It begins Wednesday, September 24, 2014 on CBS at 8/7c with a special 90 minute episode.
Unlike the first Blood vs. Water, there will be no Redemption Island. Redemption Island had been previously announced for this series, but was cancelled and replaced with a new twist before shooting was to begin.
It will be held in San Juan del Sur, Nicaragua, the same location as Survivor: Nicaragua and Survivor: Redemption Island.
Contestants include the controversial former major league baseball player, John Rocker; and twins, Natalie and Nadiya Anderson, who competed twice on The Amazing Race.

Keith, Baylor - this swap up may just buy you both some more time in the game.
Drew was an arrogant a$$. I won’t miss him at all. Thrown or not, I’m glad the other tribe finally got a break at TC. Cajun Papa really screwed up, even if he doesn’t see it that way. Good thing there’s a merge next week.

Little early for a merge - I’m betting some sort of shuffle.
It looks like a shuffle. I guess that would make it two teams of seven players each.
I wonder if there will be any attempt to break up the couples in the shuffle?
Two couples and three singles on a team? Pretty clear it would be one of the three unless.....
The three could convince one of the couples that the other was too strong - which would be stupid because then they as the remaining couple would be a target.

We have 4 solo’s and 5 couple’s. That’s 7 people per tribe. Of the solo’s there’s 1 weak person, Julie and then there’s loud mouth Natalie. Overall we have 8 guys and 6 women. It ought to be interesting to see how this plays out. The clip shows the oldest, Dale, being a jerk about rice, but he still has the mystery necklace. I think we’re in for a fun ride tonight.
Rice - four thoughts
1. Eat the same amount each day and have it planed to the end.
2. Cook the same amount even though the tribe is getting smaller.
3. Cook as much as makes everyone full - to heck with the future.
4. Eat it all before the merge.
I think Dale will mention some form of rationing and the rest are hungry. Note to Dale - If you float an idea to your tribe and they don’t like it don’t try to convince them, they will only get pissed off.
I think Jaclyne, Jon and Keith when with the wrong couple.
Mamma Bear is fixin’ to become a pain in the butt.

Agree with you, they sent the wrong person packing. Missy or Baylor should have gone.
They do the old switcheroo but offer no reward challenge? That's just wrong. I wonder what the price will be for more food.

Gag! Did we really have to see all the kissy-kissy? But, oh, they’re not doing the nasty because they’re saving themselves for the marriage, BARFFFFFF! The family hour died many years ago.
Why did they boot Kelley?
That was a major fail decision for Dale to show his fake idol. WHAT IS THAT THING?
Every week, Jeremey is showing more of his true colors. Alec is getting annoying, too. But the most annoying are Missy and Baylor. If the players are smart, they’ll keep one of them as the goat.
About the rice. Too bad. Jeff should let them starve like Australia did. All these years and these people are clueless about the rice?!? Geez, go fishing. Climb a coconut tree. Catch one of the animals hanging around camp. They act like Jeff is the pizza delivery guy who they just have to call and it’ll be there in 30 minutes.
