Two broke girls
Constant sexual innuendo without the innuendo
Not a fan of TV series, shows, but does anyone remember Third Rock From The Sun? Thought that kinds funny.
There was another show on another network.

I’m sure you can guess which show inspired me (at the age of 10) to dig a hole behind my garage.
I kept the hole covered with plywood - but had to refill it once my dad found it...
HH?
Really enjoyed the show except for the last 2 seasons. Got to weird even for me.
24.
Have you seen her recently on the Showtime series Ray Donovan? She has bulked up a little.
Howard Cosell had a variety show at the time called “Saturday Night Live” on ABC, which is why the original NBC show was “Saturday Night”.
Once Cosell’s show got the boot, NBC changed it to “Saturday Night Live.”
Yeah I understand Rod was close to his end when he did Night Gallery and he passed on shortly after the series was concluded. I personally think the 80s TZ reboot and the 02 one weren’t as good. But neither was given enough time to flourish. It was Rod who made the show what it was.
Both the 1985 series and the 02 series were low rated. The second season in the 1985 version went to a hour long format and then it was halted and canned off CBS. It went into syndication but failed there too after one more season.
The 85 series came on the heels of Twilight Zone: The Movie which had moderate success at the box office.
The 02 version got a one season run on UPN then was canned. That version did remakes of old episodes from the 60s among the new ones.
The Sopranos, Justice League Unlimited.
Love Boat.
What was great about all those variety shows is that so many of the acts came up through vaudeville, or nightclubs, and so had that immediacy and “presence”.
Bennie Hill.
