Will the officers union lawyers be allowed to throw his facts into evidence?

I understand there are attorney's going into Ferguson to represent the protesters as individuals. One was posting about his going there and what he hoped to attain. Several appear to be young looking for their moment of fame. Everybody going after a piece of the pie!

I was on Grand Jury once. The only evidence presented was the DA’s witnesses. No defense. We were to decide if there was sufficient evidence to proceed to trial/plea-bargain.
