I was on Grand Jury once. The only evidence presented was the DA’s witnesses. No defense. We were to decide if there was sufficient evidence to proceed to trial/plea-bargain.
But Wilson knows it is BS and if he is patient and gets the right backing he could end up suing that city for millions for loss of livelihood and medical damages.
