A report released by the Bureau of Justice Statistics revealed that 8,000 – in some years, as many as 9,000 – blacks are murdered annually in the United States. This chilling statistic is accompanied by another equally-chilling statistic:  93% of these murders are committed by other blacks.

Blacks make up only 12.5% of the U.S. population – yet commit nearly 40% of murders in America every year

Nearly 50% of murder victims in America are black. Again – blacks make up only 12.5% of the total population

Yeppers. Its a safe bet that if Whitey didn't (correctly) kill Trayvon and Big Mike, a black man surely would have.

Of that 12.5%, when you exclude anyone over 35 or under 10, and concentrate on the group that really commits the crimes,

you probably have around 4% of the population committing the vast majority of crimes.

You can narrow down that 12.5% even further if you exclude children (say under 8 years old), women (for the most part), and the elderly. The actual percentage of people committing those murders is probably closer to 5% of the population.
