Truth is often a painful thing. However, celebrate diversity! (that’s my attempt at wry humor)

Derbyshire has also written two excellent books on mathematics. "Unknown Quantity" and "Prime Obsession."
To: Menehune56

I do argue with one point.
(10g) Before voting for a black politician, scrutinize his/her character much more carefully than you would a white.
My rule would be - Assume all politicians are crooked, no matter their skin color. Scrutinize them carefully before ever trusting them.

To: BenLurkin
We have, and it is just as true, magnificent, perfect, beautiful, and timeless then as it is now.
To: Secret Agent Man

We have seen this racist rant before. It's obviously not a rant.
And it's not racist. It's racial.

You are correct, and 10 years ago, it would have, unfortunately, gotten him banned from FR.
To: Third Person
Point #12 is spot on, in my experience.

You remember the good old days when FR was more liberal? Maybe you should brush up on its history.
