My friend Roy is in a very tight spot. She has diabetes and got a really bad infection in her left leg, she has been seeing he dr. regularly to try and fix it with meds but it's getting worse. Today she got on and I asked how she was. She told me that her dr. wants her in the hospital but sadly there was no room in the hospital where she is. She will be going to the hospital in 2 days when a room is open and saved for her. Please pray for a safe recovery of what ever has to be done to take care of her. Thank you all and God Bless.

How is Roy doing? Was she able to get a hospital room?
Prayers for healing of whatever is wrong regarding her health and her life situation.
She is not well, she got a room and today was taken in for surgery on her leg.... I haven’t heard back from her on 3 attempts to contact her. Please pray that it went well for her. I’m getting a little worried about her. She also told me she has a bad heart and it’s very hard to breath in the hospital as it’s hot and no AC there....
UPDATE: I just heard from Roy, she says that the surgery went well, and that she had just woke up from it. She was afraid that she was going to lose her whole leg but she says she didn’t so that’s great. She is still on her narcotics from the surgery but she’s typing fine. Thank you all for your prayers and God Bless each of you!!

No air conditioning? What country is Roy in? Glad to hear she is doing ok though...
Glad to hear all went well, but, that poor woman! What she must have gone through — I didn’t realize she was afraid she was going to lose her leg to the infection - and having to wait for a room like that..sheesh! That’s just cruel!
Where on Earth is she living that they have limited hospital space for such critical situations, along with no air conditioning?
What type of surgery did they have to perform - and has she been assured it took care of the problem?

She has been through a lot, thank you for your prayers. She lives in Germany right now and they just had to cut out the infected area for what I understand. She told me she went through this same thing but in her other foot last year. she left half of her foot at the hospital... so she was very worried that it was going to be the same this time. she believes she’s taken care of so I don’t know...

Oh gosh - glad she got some help and is doing better
Being in Germany “right now”, I was going to ask if she’s in the military, but that’s not likely with missing half her foot.
I hope for her sake the weather is nice this time of year.
