Man Buys 23 Burger King Apple Pies to Spite a Small Child
Apparently, after waiting in line in front of a careless mother and her screaming small child, a man who was having a bad day (and had a headache) decided to ruin that family's day: The child was screaming...
No.
That’s not clear at all.
But then I can only imagine what you would have said about me, when I told a group of foul mouthed teenagers to watch their mouths, when they were cussing in front of my four year old child, in public.
I couldn’t do that today, because people like you would side with the uncivil people in public, while supporting lawsuits against businesses and employers who “allow offensive behavior” on their premises.
Is that clear to you?
No talk, action speak. Calling peeps out in public is not the way to go.
I disagree...I sort of applaud his cleverness but it does stink of pettiness and believe me, that woman will only get worse...she’ll have learned nothing.
The guy was a jerk for not uploading the brat’s behavior and reaction to Youtube so we could all enjoy it.
Is that mini-dick Durbin?
That may be a kid with emotional issues but even then the family is dysfunctional. If a child dares to talk to his mother like this in public, he is probably hitting her with his fists in private.
Cameras are a potent weapon these daze.
Then you are a fool.
The people who fail to teach their children proper behavior are raising little selfish monsters that you will have to pay for in various ways.
Now ,I ,on the other hand would not criticize, indeed ,I really wish more parents spanked their brats in public for misbehavior.
I loathe those who tolerate children messing with the food or other items in a store, those who allow their children to wear clothing with offensive slogans, who think its somehow cute for children to curse, who dress their little daughter like a cheap whore, etc.
The “village” used to quietly encourage decent normal behavior before the worship of self replaced worship of God.
I’m not an enemy of teaching your children proper behavior. I’m an enemy of the idea that the collective can do a better job than biologic parents.
That makes me a fool in your eyes. I’ll remember that.
Inappropriate public behavior deserves appropriate public censure which the man accomplished in a legal, non-threatening and quite laudable way.
You really think that had an effect on the kid?
You can’t be that naive. Ok you got a little thrill out of the story. I’m glad it made you happy.
And I think that their are certain SOCIAL rules that are learned for being in a community. One of those rules is that you don't go around swearing and screaming and whining about something. And if the parent isn't making an attempt and instilling those rules, well - then society needs to.
Growing up, more than once a total stranger would point out my unacceptable behavior while I played the part of being a goofball boy. Sitting on a “whoopee cushion” over and over again at the age of 13 or so in a McDonalds was one of those!
I thought of that song when I saw the title.
why does his mom not punish him for using bad words????
Probably afraid she would be arrested. On the other part of the story, good for that guy.....the kid is trash. Useless and vulgar. But the mother and society made the creepy kid. Probably will grow up to be a serial killer and rapist.....I want that woman.....Now!”.....can you just imagine.
Thanks for posting that. The Ramones, like most great artists, died broke and unappreciated in their lifetimes, only to be recognized as masters too late for them.
I knew it!
So the child had the right to make everybody else in the restaurant miserable but the man is a bad person because he bought up all the pies? LOL
Now at this point, I haven't held a law enforcement officer's commission in years, but I knew what I could and could not legally say... I firmly said "Ma'am if you open that cooler and buy that boy a Monster drink, I will make sure that you go to jail for child endangerment. Those drinks are labeled with a warning against giving them to children, and it is obvious that he has already had one today." She looked at me in anger, shocked that someone would say anything to her about the situation, and said "Really?" I responded with "Try me..." And I would have gotten the police involved without feeling a bit of remorse... That kid was so cranked on Monster that he was bouncing like a golf ball in a blender. I honestly felt another one might have killed him. But she didn't act like she gave a flip... I hope he screamed in her ear all the way home... Monster drink for a 6 year old? Good grief...
I was waiting to see how far you were going to push your misguided point. Now you're trying to link this guy's response to Hillary Clinton? Listen, when this foul-mouthed kid let loose in this innocent guy's presence, the man had every right to confront the parent and demand she shut her little "angel" up. I have no problem with the fact that he chose instead to avoid a confrontation and teach the brat a lesson indirectly.
The entitlement mentality is out of control, and I for one am sick of listening to the language that many people apparently think they have a right to use anywhere, anytime, no matter who else is near them. It is a small thing that is however a symptom of the deep selfishness that drives so many these days.
I suspect that is the only adjective the mother uses.
