According to a neighbor, She thought they were playing back and forth like this, then all of a sudden she saw her on the ground and kept saying Polo, Polo, because that was the dogs name, and she was rolling over" And according to a neighbor: "It looked like it (the dog) took a chunk of her throat out around the jugular...
But since this is the dogs first killing, it doesn't seem conclusive to the daughter, she'd like to understand the situation better. Pray for the child involved, and any other humans in contact with the beast.
Remove the child from her and let the idiot keep the killer dog.
The article keeps saying Monday’s Dog Attack. So if this just happened yesterday, the daughter might still be in a state of shock. Let’s hope she comes to her senses for the 2y/o’s sake. Get rid of the owner and the killer dog.
Let her take it with her to her new maximum security Prison cell. Convict her of Murder.
Studies have shown that Pitt Bulls and their owners have roughly the same IQ.
OMG! She can’t decide what to do with the dog. I am stunned!

OK, because IT’S A DOG. Or a monkey, or whatever. Pet’s who kill need to be eliminated.
Personally, Pit Bull lover that I am, I would insist that Polo be given a fighting chance. Lock the woman and the dog in a cell. Serve neither any food. After a week, release the survivor. My money is on Polo.
Then of course, I'd shoot the 4-legged SOB, and every one in the kennel that bred him.
So the laws of Ohio make it the Mecca for pit bull owners.
