Big snakes? Horses? It sure seems like the PB in the neighborhood is a clear + present danger.

A friend of mine had a pitbull back around 1970, before anyone ever heard of them. That dog chewed his way through a chain link fence and pulverized a German Shepard's leg. These owners always talk about how nice and friendly they are, and that's true 99% of the time, until one day it isn't. It's like there's a switch in them that turns them into a killing machine, usually set off by the sight of another dog, however harmless. And until it happens those owners never believe that their lovable family pet is like that.
