I don’t like restaurants that change the name of things for their gimmick. If I want a hamburger I want to be able to say “give me a hamburger” not something goofy like “pacos billy burger”. I think making me use sign language counts. Nothing wrong with giving deaf people jobs, but I still want to say “give me a hamburger”.

I have exactly the same opinion at Starbucks (small coffee please) or anywhere else. You know what I do? You'll never believe it. I say:
"I'd like a hamburger, please."
Or, alternately, something like:
"You know? I think I'll have the burger."
You know what I get? A hamburger! Try it - it's so crazy it just might work for you too!
PS LOVE the 3rd grade deaf jokes! GO FREEPERS!
