According to WSB-TV Atlanta, the exchange happened Friday when a controller told a pilot his plane was approaching the wrong taxiway.
Hey, you know what? Well taxi out there any way we want unless you tell us to. I dont like your attitude, the pilot said.

1. Talk about making a mountain out of a molehill.
2. The comments from all the losers below the article are hysterical. They can’t stand anyone they think makes a lot of money.
CNN will run this as breaking news 24/7 .....
He had his plates to follow. Ground gets really busy and they expect the pilots to keep up. I have taxi'd at some exceptionally busy airfields and have know what to do every time.
Sounds like the ATC didn’t tell the pilot how to get out there.
Sounds like the ATC can’t speak standard English.
Warms the cackles of the heart as a passenger. Used to like flying but now the experience usually sucketh....
Have you attended college lately?
You think those grad student teachers’ assistants, that the average undergrad is stuck with, speak standard English?
“According to what little we see here, the pilot is complaining that he didnt receive detailed enough instruction.”
Sounds like the pilot goofed and turned down the wrong taxiway.
“Sounds like the ATC didnt tell the pilot how to get out there.”
The pilot has an airport map. If he was told to use taxiway ‘Mike’ he should know how to get their.
Lima is the taxiway next to the ramps. Mike is the second one. DUH! They are also marked so if he turned down Lima he was not watching where he was going.
We had a Delta Connection flight try to takeoff on the wrong runway - 49 dead, one survivor. Details matter.
From a rented airplane simulator no less, with the reporter describing what it must be like to blow a gasket in the cockpit.
I was on a plane in ‘12 that had to pull out on final approach due to an event that looked just like that.
Some fat potbellied reporter with his tie askew, hat on backward (contrary to popular images, pilots do not wear their hats while flying) ...
Officer who? What a dumb name. Get lost."

Question:
How are an ATC and pilot the same?
Answer:
If the pilot is wrong, the pilot dies.
If the ATC is wrong, the pilot dies.
