As is always the case with anything involving former-Alaska Governor Sarah Palin, our unbiased, objective, not-at-all-liberal media couldn't wait to mock her impeachment case against President Obama -- but not everyone is laughing. According to reporting from The Hill, The White House fears exactly that should the president take executive action to grant amnesty to thousands of illegals.

Surrender monkeys? No, just common sense. Do it now, you hand the midterms right to the dims. The republicans will never get impeachment hearings right now. They’ll just be made to look foolish. Like someone else said, look at who keeps bringing impeachment up. It’s the left. They are begging for it. We need to back off, take the senate in November, and then press for impeachment AND criminal charges. Impeachment alone is not enough.
What's amazing about this is that unilateral amnesty can be used as retaliation for impeachment (unless it happens swiftly, of which there is less chance than him being impeached in the first place) unless that impeachment is over amnesty.
Sarah Palin is the left? The good Governor brought this up. The left fears impeachment or this story would be dead on arrival.
A republican majority led by Mitch McConnell is more likely to pass "comprehensive immigration reform", AKA the gang of 8 balls bill, than allow impeachment proceedings. That is if the republicans win the senate.
Like the Denver Broncos, the republicans excel at snatching defeat from the jaws of victory.

I just wonder how many Democrats would continue to support Obama if he declared unilateral amnesty. Certainly the more liberal members of Congress would be in lockstep in supporting him, but I would think the people in their districts would be incensed. If Democrats faced near extinction as a party in supporting Obama’s amnesty perhaps enough would vote to impeach him.

I think the tipping point for some Democrats is fast approaching. I see more black conservatives than thee used to be.
Read what I say. The only people talking about it right now are the left, period. They are the ones putting it out there. Headline today? The White House fears impeachment. From who? Who put that out there? They want to make a martyr of this guy. He, and them, have absolutely nothing to lose, but everything to gain.
Again, we need to get our side to back off on the impeachment talk until the midterms. It’s four months away. If the repubs go impeachment now, it will be a staggering loss for conservatives.
Impeachment doesn’t mean crap. It’s simply the bringing of charges, that is all. It’s like your neighbor accusing you of being a pedophile with little to no evidence.
