Has anyone seen the new TV series, "Tyrant"? It has to do with terrorism and tyranny and tells it from the perspective of the terrosrist's perspective. It portrays the Muslims speaking English while wearing their hijabs and other Muslim attire. I get the feeling that the show was produced to make the Muslims appear more "American" friendly and suspect its a veiled attempt to introduce their lifestyle to Americans to familiarize them with their culture incrementalism style. It would take an idiot to not understand the implications and intentions therein.
Heard the wife of the Pediatrician brother equate this mythical tyrannical country with the country without peace to ISRAEL. You had tone listening close, but, there it was.

I might have still been watching it (to see how it developed) until they introduced the, apparently de riguer, homosexual scene. I won’t bother watching anymore.
State of Affairs is not about a female Secretary of State but about a CIA Analyst. In that sense it is more like Homeland.
Her husband was the son of the black female Secretary of State. She goes after the killer. Not about the Secretary of State saving the world.
Yeah I saw that too and thought dang it can’t there be one show without the gay stuff????/!!! Then lost interest.

+++++++
Same here. Another show I stopped watching was “Halt and Catch Fire” and for the same reason.
Saw the previews. No thanks.
FX had a hit with the series Fargo. Lots of ads on Fargo for Tyrant but to tell the truth I just aint interested in anything out of the middle east.
Haven’t seen it. I wrote it off as soon as I saw the commercial.
I see enough of them around here, wrapped up in their bedsheets in the July heat. Don’t care to watch them on TV.
