When my brother was two he stripped off all his clothes and hopped into a pool with the little girl down the street. Then (late 70’s) it was just funny, now he’d probably get arrested.

Five year old kids know nothing about sex, much less sexual misconduct. This is much-ado about nothing.

At age 5, being bullied, those kids will be compelled to submit by an overwhelming group. Then again, where was the teacher or other ADULT supervision during this time?
Those kids that taunted him should SIGN the Anti-Sexual Harassment paperwork for the verbal peer pressure they put on the 5 yr old. This boy was abused by his other classmates and this is how the school handles it???
Thumbs down for the public education system once more!

The Government schools are controlled by leftist and the higher the office the more leftward they lean.
Their power over your child is more than disturbing.
If you are a parent, Please remove your child from public (government) schools.

Our school district uses consistent language for disciplinary infractions in order to provide clarity and track discipline data accurately, assistant superintendent Jim Dean said in a written statement to KTVK.Assistant superintendent Jim Dean should be stripped of his pension and put in prison.
This is child abuse.

Unfortunately, I’m no longer surprised when parent and child surnames do not match.

SURPRISE, Ariz shouldn’t be shocked that this is what it has come to.
When I was a kid (back in the far away time called the 80s), everyone would have said “ewwwww”. The girls would have told the playground monitor, and she would have yelled for him to knock it off. or made him sit by the door until recess was over.

one has to wonder about adults who can only see children through the lens of sexual conduct

these “administrators” are stupid and evil. I emailed them that I saw a bright future for them in the industry and they should all be fired.

his mother wasnt notified nor did school officials inform her that her son signed a note in the assistant principals office. So we now live in a country where a 5 year old can sign away his rights and in effect, plead guilty to sexual misconduct?

This is what you get when you have hyperventilating liberals who can not distinguish between a big and a small problem.
A 5yo can not be held legally responsible.
This is when you TALK to the kid and explain to him what proper conduct is and then the case should be closed.
I have no idea how kids of today are supposed to navigate between the "anything goes" attitude of some libs and "nothing goes" of others.
Parental push back will be key to get rid of this stupidity.

What is wrong with the world!?
That’s the crazy stuff little 5-year old boys do! My daughters babysat a bunch of little boys down the street, and that’s what one of the boys did, pull down his pants and shake his butt at them.
They thought it was hilarious. They didn’t call the cops.
I just... don’t know anymore. It’s crazy, just crazy out there.

1. The kid had a right to a lawyer.
2. Schools have gotten into the act now too, along with the government: make up frivilous laws and apply them unfairly and unpredictably. This keeps the folks down and teaches them to be sheep.
