We must resist - if we have to fade into the hills and caves, or wherever. We are now under attack - under persecution - that exceeds anything we have endured in centuries.
If the relief is not granted by the Court, EWTN should, appeal, seek a stay pendente lite, and refuse to comply with the statute, if denied.
We are Catholic Christians, and we stand for the Truth of God.

Listen, O isles, unto me; and hearken, ye people, from far; The LORD hath called me from the womb; from the bowels of my mother hath he made mention of my name. (Isaiah 49:1 KJV)

This is a good example of why we needed staunch pro-life people in Congress. Only those who see abortion as the atrocity that it is would be appalled at the ACA mandate, and do something legislatively about it.
The courts are not supposed to be the last stop - the Legislative Branch is (according to Mark Levin).
This is the result of settling for the ‘lesser of two evils’. Best for Christians do what they gotta do now before it's too late.

Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievancesThe free exercise thereof, in this case, includes NOT providing abortion, abortifacients, nor contraceptives.
Simple enough for those not agenda driven nor befuddled by being in league with Satan (who would love nothing more than shutting down anything which spreads the Word of God).
Apart from the courts of man, there is a higher authority, and He will sit in judgement.
Regardless of what the courts or the Obama administration says, the mandate cannot be complied with.

I don't think SCOTUS will grant the injunction because they are handing down Burwell v. Hobby Lobby on Monday. That decision (IMHO) will either force all employers to provide contraception or will allow employers to exempt themselves on the basis of religious liberty. The latter would suffice for this Catholic organization. I don't foresee a decision in which Hobby Lobby must provide contraception but Catholic organizations/charities do not, but IANAL either.

I pray the Lord will give all of us strength and grace in the coming great persecution. It’s going to get very nasty, I fear.
