dunno about “hot”. She looks like a typical American gal of the day. Her parents are both attractive so that helps. And thank God she’s not waddling around nor morbidly skinny. Just normal with a cute, young woman’s smile.

She was probably on her way to or from a gym workout. That attire is entirely appropriate. I ref girls volleyball, and some tournament will have several hundred teams (thousands of girls) all wearing shorts just like that or even tighter. No one gets distracted by them because all the girls wear them, so it's no big deal.
Said upfront that the article and pics were on the edge. Based on the comments I was getting decided to have #2 pulled. Of course you can click lots of FR links to good articles at the British “Daily Mail” and see much more on their sidebar.
In Arizona, for gals her age, those shorts would be considered kind of long...
