And the government still refuses to consider food in it’s inflation calculation.

Toss in a few $10/hour minimum wage brainiacs serving your burgers up hot and fresh...you got the makings for a real eating revolution.

They blame the cost of ingredients but also pride themselves in starting wages of $10 per hour. It must be the meat. Always blame the meat.

The Counter has the best burgers IMHO.
The Habit, Tomboys, [Long list of Mom and Pop burger places and bars]...
...then maybe the bland offerings of In 'n Out.
What's with those fries? How do they make potatoes taste like chalk?

And the next increase will be because of wage increases imposed by law; or Obamacare expenses causing a reduction in hours or termination for a lot of employees.
But, unions don’t care about that .. and yet will they figure it out when there are less employees to be coerced into joining them ..??

$10 an hour? Well, that’s just racist. Isn’t it supposed to be at least $15?

I really think this is part of the elites’ plan -
they thrive on the difference in lifestyle between themselves and “the masses”.
Since it’s harder to increase your lifestyle beyond a certain point, it’s much easier to reduce everyone else’s lifestyle through destroying the economy.

Yep - it wasn't but a couple of years ago a Double-Double was $2.90...they've had two or three bumpups since then.
Either way, $3.45 beats the hell out of $4.50 for a crappy Big Mac.

They blame the cost of ingredients but also pride themselves in starting wages of $10 per hour. It must be the meat. Always blame the meat. It used to be that my local supermarket would have sales of ground beef for $1.99, but that hasn't happened in over a year. Now "sale" price is $2.99, very occasionally $2.49, and sales don't happen that often.

I really think this is part of the elites plan - they thrive on the difference in lifestyle between themselves and the masses. Since its harder to increase your lifestyle beyond a certain point, its much easier to reduce everyone elses lifestyle through destroying the economy. More than that, the elites want servants and mistresses (or "boy-toys" for the gay ones), and it's harder to get people for those positions when the regular economy is doing well.

I tried them a few times and wasn’t impressed. Why do people rave so much about what was until recent years, a California only chain?
