well, i do not have a smart phone, so i do not use FB via my phone... but i do like it... i have less than 60 friends, and 40 of them are family... i love being in touch with my family... we are big and spread out... easy to stay connected this way...

I had been ‘pressured’ into FB a while back and on a rare occasion I was checking something out on it and I saw an answer to a Letter to the Editor I had sent out that ended up in my FB page...
I figured no good can come from something one doesn’t control OR WORSE - don’t know how to stop it from happening again.
I like the ad with the two old broads sitting at the kitchen table and one has a bunch of pictures pasted over the sink behind her.
She is telling her friend something along the line of she finally got all her pictures on the wall and now she has to start friending people...

The kids talked me into facebook a few years ago , then I deleted the account after a couple of days . Some of the people were posting every time they went to the john,,whats with these idiots

Never joined it or MySpace, either, when it was all the rage. It can be a bit of a problem with the blues dance community, who spread word of their events that way. I’m not a big fan of Zuckerberg.
I am on Twitter, Pinterest and LinkedIn, and some sites like goodreads and librarything. There are only so many hours in the day.
There are security concerns. I’ve been hacked twice on Twitter, never that I know of on the others.
I was very sorry when Yummly, a recipe site, started making people log in with fb.
