The need for attention and sharing of photos among family members which pretty much equates to the frst reason. The Feds and identity thieves appreciate dumba$$e$ making their job easier tho...

I had been ‘pressured’ into FB a while back and on a rare occasion I was checking something out on it and I saw an answer to a Letter to the Editor I had sent out that ended up in my FB page...
I figured no good can come from something one doesn’t control OR WORSE - don’t know how to stop it from happening again.
I like the ad with the two old broads sitting at the kitchen table and one has a bunch of pictures pasted over the sink behind her.
She is telling her friend something along the line of she finally got all her pictures on the wall and now she has to start friending people...

I got peer pressured nd am thinking of getting out. Criticized a cop and nownthey make subdued threats. Just great.
So did I, a few weeks ago. I can’t figure out how to use it! I try to upload a comment or a pic, and nothing happens!

Bad enough but how about the ones that want you to ‘friend them’ and you have no idea who they are then they turn out to be the ‘friend’ of a distant relative who your ‘name’ got passed along to.
When ‘these interlopers’ start ‘bugging and demanding’ me to answer or whatever, my not so gentle side comes out and people start (maybe) seeing why I am referred to as the ‘crazy guy in the basement’..
WE ALL are better off with ME not being all that accessible.
I like the one where the husband and wife are arguing over ‘cousin jed’ who has taken up refuge in the basement apartment they have. (An advantage —to the ‘guest’— of two large extended families merging)

When we got a new TV last month, we just unhooked and boxed up the VCR and DVD players.....don't have any more VHS tapes, and --honestly--never learned how to use the DVD machine.....if we miss something, we wait for reruns.
