If you have a serious vitamin b 12 deficiency you wont avoid it
What symptoms would occur with B-12 deficiency?
I have lots of energy, no aches and no pains.
I can walk 18 holes on a moderately hilly golf course with no problem.
I hardly take any vitamin supplements but eat lot of fruits,
and at least one vegetable every day. Not much red meat either. Only turkey and chicken in my diet.
B-12 deficiency symptoms per web-MD:
Weakness, tiredness, or light-headedness
Rapid heartbeat and breathing
Pale skin
Sore tongue
Easy bruising or bleeding, including bleeding gums
Stomach upset and weight loss
Diarrhea or constipation
I have none of these symptoms, so must be getting enough B-12 from my diet.
A b12 deficiency that starts to advance will mimick ms
Had my first injection of B-12 yesterday morning after a blood test at a local VA Clinic indicated I should have a B-12 injection once a month. I have not noticed any dramatic effects from the B-12. Should there be?
