Trying to watch top sports events I find it very annoying to be subjected to:
1. World soccer cup in South Africa were being "cheered" by screaming vuvuzelas - buzzing non stop during the games.
2. NHL Stanley Cup finals. The best of the best games are being interfered with by jerks banging on the glass barriers. Very annoying.
Can't the announcer at the games ask the jerks to refrain from banging on the glass as a courtesy to TV viewers who provide the revenue for the NHL? What are the jerks trying to achieve with banging? Scare the players?
3. Not sport, but comedy shows like Jimmy's night shows - high pitched screaming after each sentence, funny or not funny. Ear piercing screeching just makes me turning it off, especially Jimmy Fallon.
The vuvuzela thing is over. NHL, not so much. Can’t speak for the third.
Today’s horse race finish was marred by the stupid NBC broadcasters who could only focus on the loser California Chrome. It was about two minutes after the race ended before I found out who actually won. They took the leader board of the screen on the final leg of the race. Could not tell which horse was which.
Stupid.
I’m enjoying watching the Tigers exact revenge on the Red Sox for last post season. They swept the Sox 4 games in their own park a couple weeks ago and its looking like the trend is going to continue in Detroit.
I have gotten to where I no longer care for any big time sports.
I still will watch high school sports, small college sports if I get the chance and I used to love minor league baseball but unfortunately there are no teams nearby.
What did you think of Suarez’ teammates giving him the silent treatment in the dugout after he hit his first MLB homerun? I love that crap.
Should be Major TV Annoyances, having nothing to do with the sport.
Link below - not an annoyance. An unspeakable horror. I hope the U.S. withdraws from the World Cup.

Let's look at that again:

The list could have stopped there, as far as I'm concerned.
I can agree with the horn thing, those things are loud. Glass banging is just part hockey. Event staff usually doesn’t like it, but it’s not that loud.
;)
You know what I find annoying? People whining about the 2010 World Cup. Haven’t heard a vuvuzela since.
Hockey is the best sport on the planet -- hands down. There's nothing like the excitement of watching a game up close along the glass.
I’m only a Pro Football fan anymore. But I love it so.
What’s with the cowbells in alpine skiing?
Justin Verlander once set Don Kelly on fire.

don’t watch any of this stuff, and find much more peace and time to get things done.
Batters fiddling with their dumb batting gloves—even after they step out with no swing. Holy crap someone invent self tightening gloves already. Pitchers doodling around and working slow. Umpires not calling the high strike.
NFL players breaking out the fruity dance moves and chest pounding after doing something amazing like a 300 pound behemoth collapsing on a loose ball. Lack of self policing for being a jerk wad.
NBA players chest pounding after a near seven footer dunks with no one within 20 feet of him.
Flopping in basketball and soccer.
Freegards
They hyped up one horse so much nobody knew what was going on. The same thing with that gay player, Johnny Manizel and stuff. Remember how every golf story in the paper had to be about Tiger Woods, even he came in last? Or all the NASCAR coverage was about Danica Patrick who is never going to be a top tier driver.
Nothing is more annoying than sports media that finds something to hype into the stratosphere.
I DID love them...SO loud!!! Wow!
