A lot of it is the Scientology thing. You may be surprised, but most Scientologists lean Republican in their political views and voting habits.

Oh, I don’t “hate” the guy at all, personally. He just made some comments a few years ago about not wanting to raise kids here in this country, but evidently saw no problem making money off of us at the same time.
That’s my issue with him. I think he’s a decent actor, does a good job, and plays his roles well.
But... on the other hand, with liberal insanity taking over everything, I can sort of see his point to a degree.
But I wouldn’t run away and turn my back on my country, so I guess that’s where he and I differ.
My problem is the hypocrisy. It’s like Stallone playing “Rambo” and blowing the crap out of everything with guns in his movies, then turning around and calling for more gun control. And he’s a Republican, too.
I’ve read about Scientology and I can tell you, as a woman, it is a NASTY piece of work...akin to Islam.
I will NOT line Tom Cruise’s pockets...
