Rihanna undoubtedly is one of the most popular female singers in the world and comparatively much younger than Elissa, a renowned Lebanese singer. Rihanna started her singing career in 2005 but in no time she shot to global fame.
On the other hand, Elissa is immensely popular in this part of the world. She is known for working in collaboration with well-known Arab and international artists like Ragheb Alama, Cheb Mami, Fadl Shaker, Chris De Burgh and Gerrard Ferrer. She is now considered one of the top singers in the Middle East. Born to a Lebanese father and Syrian mother, in 1972, she made her singing debut in 1992. Her debut album was released in 1999 and became an instant hit. She is an active social media member and a vivid literature fan. Elissas fourth album Ahla Donia was released in May 2004. It soon broke all sales record around the Middle East and this highly talented singer won the World Music Award for Best-selling Middle East Artist. Her evergreen Bastanak released in 2006 became viral in the Arab world.
Her popularity in this part of the world is undisputed. Elissa is gifted with one of the sweetest female voices and is being loved by all music lovers in the Arab world for her versatility in singing melodies as well as rock.
Quite possible. The interwebs say she is a Maronite Christian.
Well by that definition, I guess she is!
I’d hit it with a falafel.
Needs more cowbell.
So would Bill O'Reilly.
Sign of submission?
Harhar, hilarious. Disgusting but hilarious.
