It used to be that in order to be convicted of a crime you had to be in knowledge of the law and willfully violating it. But there are so many laws on the books that anyone at any given time is probably in violation of at least half dozen without even knowing it.

It’s coming to a point when we do not even know what laws we are violating out there.Really. I mean, how could they have possibly known that serving food to hundreds of people in a public park might be subject to some sort of regulation?
