Friends it's Sunday night again, and time to relax. Warm up the tubes for another four hours of classic radio Americana.
*tonight's show will be available at the "Info" link starting tomorrow.
It's perfect weather all this weekend and life is fine. A consistently solid lineup tonight...My Favorite Husband is usually good, a detective show, Suspense!...and MGM Theater (which could be good or ok)...
How is everyone?
Looks like a good lineup this evening. Love the "Suspense" with Joan Crawford and "Broadway is My Beat." According to the synopsis of "My Favorite Husband," we'll have to listen for Lucille Ball to misread a line, making everyone laugh.

Hi, Vision. It’s nice weather here, too. Hot and sunny, so the beach is hoppin’.
How’s it going with you? I guess you’re not grilling since you went to a cookout. I think I’m going to make spaghetti! :-)
Hey Gina, just got back in the car. How are the show so far?
Evening, folks. Hope that cookout worked out good, Vision. My wife is currently attending one; I can’t travel too far sometimes due to the antibiotics I’m on (need to stay close to the privy), but she’s bringing me home something right off the grill when she leaves. Tuning into the show in a few.
Hi, Guys! Glad you’re back, Vision and here, Viking. Viking, get well soon!
The shows are good! It’s a really nice weekend.
Hey Viking, it looks like we have a good gunsmoke here an impostor
Oh, that was a darned sad Gunsmoke. He wasn’t a fraud after all.
It was sad.
So, spaghetti? Huh. I had the smoker going since the morning with smoked sausage and pork steaks.
You all have off tomorrow?
How close are you to the beach?
Yes, we’re off tomorrow. I was hoping to write my usual Monday column, but I may put it off till Tuesday.
In the house we moved to last June, we’re about six blocks or so off the beach. Before, we were two blocks off it.
Thanks, Gina. Stubborn infection. The wife just got back with something for me wrapped in foil. Time to go see what the tooth fairy brought and find some beer........
I’m dimming the lights for Suspense...
YUMMMM!!! Beer is good for whatever ails (ales) you. :-)
Yes, Suspense! Danny was LAME over that dame! The poor schmuck!
Mmmm.....ribs, pork chop, beer..........
