What is it with hispanics and sex crimes. If I understood the story correctly his mother knew about it.

Just doing the work that citizens refuse to do.

Vendome’s version of a just and proper punishment:

I would chain his hands and legs, then pull him up four flights of metal fire escape stairs, feet first.

Then I would kick him in the family jewels just enough to cause a stomach ache every 15 minutes for 8 hours.

After that I would push him out a window letting him fall four stories into a pile of razor wire 5 rolls high and 5 rolls wide.

He could lay in the pile of razor wire for two days in the desert sun and then I would release a flock of crows and 1 gallon of scarabs right next to him.

But that’s just me.

I guess the CA cops are not supposed to investigate the shadows.

It won’t matter if he gets jail time - Holder will let him out along with all the other people that “came here as an act of love”.

The girl preconditioned at home, then living with him as consort for 20 years without trying to escape, and finally filing a formal report? How come?

Perhaps this ought to be investigated a little further before torturing the guy. Maybe she went with him willingly in the beginning, and now wants to con him out of property and a future, like a lot of females I know of that want to emasculae their men.

Don't make hasty judgment on this.

Other neighbors told The Associated Press that they knew the suspect as Tomas Medrano and described him as a devoted family man who worked hard to provide for his wife and daughter.

They said the couple was known in the neighborhood: He worked at a food-service company down the street from their apartment while she worked as a janitor at a nearby business. The couple attended church a block away, and they were known for parties where they would hire mascots and hold a raffle for children in the neighborhood.

For ten years, she lived with him as his wife and mother of his child. Then she comes forward and says she was kidnapped and abused.

If I were feeling especially cynical, I might wonder if a provision in the "Violence Against Women Act", wherein an abused immigrant may self-petition for a visa that leads to lawful permanent resident status. But no, women who want to leave their husbands never make up stories of abuse.
