ELYRIA, Ohio – An Ohio appeals court has upheld a judge's order that a deadbeat father can't have more kids until he pays his back child support.
In January 2013, Lorain County Probate Judge James Walther said Taylor couldn't have more children while he is on probation for five years.

Exactly. How are the powers that be thinking that they are going to keep this man from procreating?
But, if they are going to apply this kind of logic to this man’s case, what about all the other “irresponsible procreation” that is occurring. Shouldn’t they address that, too? /s
