Mercedes-Benz driver turns tables on carjackers, shoots both men dead in the Bronx: cops The two men who were slain by the person they were trying to carjack were shot inside their car as they tried to flee from the vicinity of the Dyer Avenue Deli Grocery in Wakefield about 4:40 a.m. Friday, police sources said.
The victim of an attempted Bronx carjacking went berserk Friday, chasing down the thieves and shooting them dead, cops said. The 30-year-old man was driving a Mercedes-Benz SUV when he was approached by Jermaine Johnson and Kaiison Lewis outside the Dyer Avenue Deli Grocery in Wakefield about 4:40 a.m., police said.

B: The "vic" only started shooting after they left?

E: Ethnicity or Race of all involved: African-American.
E: Disposition of case: "Vic" (doubtless a convicted felon on probation himself) charged with gun violation. As with government, at the local, state and particularly, the federal level, laws only mean what they choose to acknowledge and enforce. My interpretation of what happened if indeed the perps did what the victims said isn’t a crime.
You can’t have respect for laws that are arbitrarily enforced at government’s whim. Obama and Holder are the reason.
First thing I’d do is to visually scan for witnesses and CCTVs....then boogie if there were none.

I was nabbed for grand jury duty in Brooklyn once. (I lived on Long Island) and I was talking to a future Obamabot. (Years before anyone heard of him) She was confused about how unfair something was. She proceeded to tell me her sister had rented a car. The sister then “loaned” the car to her boyfriend. The boyfriend liked it so much he never came back. Her confusion arouse concerning why the rental agency was going after her sister!
