sounds like his grandaddy :)
He hangs out in a Punk band. Every now and then he cuts a country album to make some money. The thing is, he’s good at country. He just doesn’t like it. Best album so far is Locesick, Broke, and Driftin’.
Nice. Bass-baritone.
Listen to his version of Johnny Paycheck’s song
and tell me he doesn’t sound exactly like his grandfather.

Has always seemed more like Hank I to me than Hank Jr ever did. Hank I was more about authenticity and honest, raw emotion than “Nashville”, he would probably have gotten along better with Bon Scott or Johnny Ramone than with the corporate ass-clowns who wrecked country music after his death.
David lee Roth wrote ‘ been to the edge- there I stood and looked down”, Hank *DID ^go to the edge, and came back to write about it. You won’t find professional musician of any genre, from reggae to bebop to thrash who will deny that.
Cranky .02
Excellent, reminds me as much of Johnny Cash.
LOL lyrics are a bit over the top...would fit well on Ween’s Golden Country Hits.
Hank’s Grandson?
Ho K.
Riffing Johnny Cash for your tune, writing twisted lyrics and the artwork is uhmmmmm????? can’t think what to call it.
