It's his prerogative.
Is this worse than Islam and their motto..."Kill all the Christians and Jews". Yet the Prez and his lot praise Islam at every chance.

In the early 90s I was in South Korea in a shopping area when the clock struck 5pm. Out came several hundred beautiful Korean ladies. Long black hair, trim, healthy and flawless skin. I thought I had died and gone to heaven.

In 2003, a U.S. district judge issued an injunction barring him from using the word Korean in his building names and advertisements. You can't NAME your own buildings? Free country my ass.

Legions of social scientists and historians have debunked the myth of the Asian-Americans natural orientation toward economic achievement. They point out that it is more a function of immigration trends in the 1960s, which favored East Asian professionals who often arrived with significant educational and wealth advantages. What utter nonsense. Of course Asians have a better work ethic and focus on educational advancement than do other ethnicities, such as Blacks and Hispanics.

Of course it was not fair to generalize about Black or Hispanic tenants, based upon an unfortunate sample--that is assuming for the sake of argument that the man actually did (as opposed to merely blowing off steam about that unfortunate sample).
But in America, it used to be the situation that one could favor any individual, group, or what have you, on his or her own property. It also, used to be the case, that people could argue with each other, and make private comments, intended for the ears of the person they were arguing with, without the conversation going viral, because someone or some agency had illegally eaves dropped.
More and more, it appears that Mr. Sterling is a victim of the increasing nazification of American culture. One does not have to agree with his personal descriptions of anyone; does not have to share any bias that he may actually have against any individual, group or what have you; one does not have to like Mr. Sterling; but it is very obvious who the victim is here, and it is not a vengeful NBA, or any minority race, creed, or HIV Positive patient.
