I agree with you.

If healthy women put foreign objects in their bodies just for vanity and don’t expect it to affect their health down the line, then they deserve the disease.

Mastectomy is a different story.

I’m just curious why men don’t surgically install stuff into their bodies.

I don’t know about “deserve the disease”, but they certainly are in NO POSITION to complain or file lawsuits if they get sick.

They do. Example - Sylvester Stallone and Wacko Jacko. They get everything from plastic chins to large pecs and enhanced nether regions. They're just as vanity and silly as women.
