Two of Marshall Coulter's (the black 14-year-old "professional thief" Merritt Landry shot in 2013) Brothers have been arrested in New Orleans this year. One was for Armed Robbery... and he was 13-years-old

His brother defended Marshall,though he did label him a "professional thief" (at the ripe old age of 14, when did he do his apprenticeship and get called up to the big leagues?), when this incident first broke.

Low intelligence as he failed to profit from his first experience. Poor impulse control as he sees a key and must pick it up and use it enter into a place of the type where he was seriously injured the first time around. Low intelligence and poor impulse control are endemic in certain elements of our nations demographic.
