You twist they heads off and split the shell and kind of pinch the meat out.

What do they taste like?

Spicy and kind of like shrimp but not quite.

Spell checker insists that I should spell spotted owl as craYfish but we know better. Just awful darn hard to get up in this neck of the woods. Too many liberals ;-)
