Thanks. She is seeing clearly already. It’s amazing what they can do sometimes.
A medical first happened with my first eye done. My eye could see what he was doing. I saw the lens break and fall down like pieces of shiny broken glass. Then the eye saw those pieces sucked out. Since I had never had that done, I thought it was normal for the eye to see that. Next day at doctor's I said I watched it happen in that eye. He was shocked and said no one had ever said that, no one saw that, and that should be in a medical journal. For the next eye, he knocked me totally out with the anesthetic which is not normally done. I knew nothing until it was over.
I see better than I ever have in my life. I was near sighted so long distance seeing didn't happen without glasses. Now, my long sight is 20-20 without glasses. I must have glasses for reading, however. Can't read jack without glasses but I have worn glasses since about 5th grade so the wearing isn't a problem.
I have a small nose bridge, always a problem to find glasses that fit, and these new reading glasses are a child's frame and they fit just swell. When I picked up that frame, the woman said those are for children. I put them on and she said, “Oh, they fit you.” I didn't realize they were titanium but knew it when I saw the charge. I'll never need another pair.
